School Days...

The End of the school year means a Field trips to the Zoo...

And a super fun Water Party outside...
Hunter really loved His teacher and friends in first grade.
He wrote his teacher a sweet letter that said she was a great teacher with a good reading voice. I thought that was exactly what a first grade teacher would like to hear. We loved first grade!

Happy Birthday Matt and James...

We celebrated both Matt and James Birthdays on Wed May 6th.
The celebrations started with birthday french toast.
We decorated the dinning room with Buzz lightyear pictures colored by the boys. Grant and Hunter were thrilled about how everything looked.

James was super excited to open presents. He was so happy that they were for him.
His favorite gift was a pop gun from Grandma and Grandpa Haymond.

Shoe Crazy...

So I'm making my daughter love shoes before she is even born...
I was pretty proud of myself for figuring out how to crochet these little flowers. It has opened a whole new world of cute creations...

A Girls Best Friend...

This is what I'm making the Mother's in my life for Mother's Day.

A wallet is defiantly a girls best friend, as long as it has a little money in it. Sure hope the ladies like it.

Happy Mother's day...

I came into the kitchen the other day to find this sweet moment, Hunter happily reading to James. Moments like this are few and far between, but they sure make being a Mother worth while. Happy Mother's day to you all.

Fun on the Farm...

We live in a boys paradise... There is so much for the boys to do here on the farm. I love that I can send them out the door to play.
The kids love to ride the wheeler, ride their bikes down the drive way and do jumps in the field, run around, and get dirty.
The boys especially love to be on the farm working with their Dad. Ive never seen kids so excited to get their work clothes on and work on a Saturday. We love the farm.

Out with the Old...

In with the New...

I went right out and bought this new Baby Lock sewing machine when my old one ate my fabric on a project. The old Machine was totally done and I decided if I'm going to keep on sewing I'm going to need something a little more reliable. So happy Mother's day to me. This machine is a dream!
